Evelyn Rozas exhibition at Universidad del Bío-Bío runs through Aug 7

The Universidad del Bío-Bío’s Galería FEDUH is hosting the exhibition “Confluencias: Diálogos entre Arte y Ciencia” by visual artist Evelyn Rozas. Open from mid‑July until 7 August, the show invites visitors to explore the intersection of artistic creation and scientific research, featuring projects linked to university investigations in physics, child mental‑health, and climate‑impact studies, as well as four oil paintings that reference microscopic and macroscopic natural phenomena.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by members of the university community and the public. The gallery, launched in May 2024 by faculty member Tania Faúndez and supported by the university’s Extension Directorate, aims to foster dialogue between art and science and has attracted strong interest from both academic and local audiences.
