Everllence appoints Dr. Fabian Kley as Chief Financial Officer

Everllence has appointed Dr. Fabian Kley as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Kley, 46, has been with the company since 2019 and has been operationally leading the finance function as Finance Director and an authorized representative of the Executive Board since March 2026.

Prior to his current role, Kley served as Senior Vice President, overseeing corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Company leadership noted his role in guiding the finance organization through ownership changes and preparing for collaboration with Bain Capital.

Kley holds a doctorate in energy economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. His previous professional experience includes roles at Booz & Company and Schlumberger.
