Evernorth CEO reports shift in Wall Street interest toward XRP Ledger

Evernorth CEO Ashish Birla has highlighted a significant shift in Wall Street's approach to the XRP Ledger, noting that institutional interest has moved from mere experimentation to active deployment. Birla identified the expansion of the RLUSD dollar-backed stablecoin as a critical driver for network liquidity, noting its share of the XRP Ledger supply has grown from approximately 20% to 34%.

According to Birla, the total value of tokenized real-world assets on the XRP Ledger has reached a record $4.4 billion, signaling accelerating institutional participation. He cited BlackRock’s BUIDL fund and increased regulatory clarity from the SEC as key factors in this transition.

Separately, Evernorth is advancing toward a Nasdaq listing via a SPAC shareholder vote. If successful, the company's shares are expected to trade under the ticker XRPN.
