Everson Royce Bar to close in Los Angeles after 11 years

Everson Royce Bar (ERB), an acclaimed establishment in Downtown Los Angeles’ Arts District, has announced it will permanently close on December 20. The announcement comes as the business marks its eleventh anniversary.

In a social media statement, the owners described Los Angeles as a “disturbingly difficult” place to conduct business, citing a broader wave of hospitality industry closures across the city driven by rising operating costs. ERB, which opened in 2015 next to its sister business Silverlake Wine, gained recognition for its affordable cocktails and signature burger.
