Everton interested in Eintracht Frankfurt winger Jean-Matteo Bahoya

Everton is reportedly interested in signing Jean-Matteo Bahoya, a 21-year-old winger currently playing for Eintracht Frankfurt. The French Under-21 international has gained attention for being clocked as the fastest player in the Bundesliga.

While Everton is among the suitors, they face competition from other unnamed Premier League clubs for the player's services. Bahoya, who moved to Germany from the French club Angers in 2024, has three years remaining on his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt. Last season, he made 37 appearances, including eight in the Champions League, and recorded eight goal contributions.

This pursuit comes as Everton seeks to bolster its winger department before the summer transfer window closes. The club has also been linked to other targets, including a €40m total package offer for Galatasaray's Baris Alper Yilmaz.
