Everton lists midfielder Tim Iroegbunam for sale as clubs show interest

Everton FC have placed 23‑year‑old midfielder Tim Iroegbunam on the market, citing a single year remaining on his contract and a valuation of roughly £20 million. The club is prepared to consider offers, including a loan deal that would contain an obligation to buy, rather than risk losing the player on a free transfer next summer.

Interest has been reported from English Championship sides Hull City, Ipswich Town and Coventry City, as well as two Serie A clubs. Everton’s recent midfield signings – Hayden Hackney, Tyrique George, Merlin Rohl and the pending arrival of Christian Nørgaard – have reduced Iroegbunam’s playing time, prompting the Toffees to seek a transfer fee now.
