Evil Dead Burn slated for July 9 release in Colombia and Mexico

The sixth entry in the Evil Dead franchise, titled "Evil Dead: En Llamas" (also promoted as Evil Dead Burn), is scheduled to open in Colombian cinemas on 9 July 2026. Directed by Sébastien Vanicek, the film follows a grieving woman who, after a family gathering, confronts demonic Deadites. The cast includes Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan and others.

Ahead of the launch, a limited‑edition popcorn bucket styled after the movie’s horror aesthetic has been unveiled for select U.S. theaters. While fans have circulated images online, the promotional item has not yet been officially confirmed for Mexican or broader Latin‑American cinemas, and its price and distribution remain unannounced.
