The Evil Dead series will continue with the film “Fire”, scheduled to hit cinemas on 10 July 2026. Creators advise fans to follow the franchise in order of release rather than the internal chronology, warning that watching chronologically would start with the third installment, “Army of Darkness”, set in 1300 AD, which would spoil the narrative. The upcoming movie is part of a planned expansion that also includes a prequel, “Evil Dead Wrath”, slated for 2028 and set in 1972.
