EVN launches 12 electricity services on VNeID app

Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has officially launched 12 public electricity services through the VNeID application. This initiative was developed in close coordination with the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order to diversify service access and simplify procedures for citizens, businesses, and organizations.

The 12 available services include new electricity supply from both low-voltage and medium-voltage grids, changing contract holders, changing electricity usage purposes, adjusting usage norms, and extending or terminating electricity purchase contracts. Additionally, users can request changes to meter locations, power capacity, and registered contract information, as well as request to stop or restore electricity supply.

EVN and its subsidiaries aim to provide modern, convenient, and safe digital services, allowing customers to manage electricity needs anytime and anywhere via popular digital platforms.
