EVNHANOI expands technical services and ensures power stability for National Day

EVNHANOI has announced several initiatives to enhance power services and ensure stability in Hanoi. To support customers, the company is expanding its technical services beyond the electricity meter. These services include electrical system consultation, inspection, repair, installation, and maintenance, all managed through a digital customer care ecosystem with trained technicians.

Additionally, EVNHANOI has implemented a comprehensive plan to ensure safe and continuous electricity supply during the National Day holiday on September 2. The company aims to prioritize power for cultural and sporting events, as well as key locations such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ba Dinh Square. For the holiday period, EVNHANOI has prohibited planned power outages and has prepared backup power sources and 24/24 technical teams to handle any emergencies.
