Evo France 2026 to host Street Fighter 6 Capcom Pro Tour qualifiers

Evo France 2026 is set to host the Street Fighter 6 Premier tournament, a key qualifying event for the Capcom Cup 13. The competition, held in Nice, France, offers players the opportunity to earn points toward the Capcom Pro Tour 2026 rankings or direct qualification for the $1 million championship.

Japanese-language live broadcasts for the Street Fighter 6 division are scheduled to run from October 9 to October 12, 2026. However, the tournament faces scrutiny regarding its competitive prestige following the announcement that top professional players Arslan Ash and MenaRD will skip the event due to personal commitments. Their absence has sparked discussion within the fighting game community concerning the impact of Evo's recent global expansion on the tournament's status.
