Evolving leadership paradigms in professional development
Leadership is undergoing a paradigm shift, moving away from traditional models based on authority, certainty, and control toward approaches driven by talent and purpose. Modern leadership emphasizes the importance of distinguishing between controllable factors and those beyond one's influence to maintain emotional intelligence and professional stability.
In Argentina, Universidad Siglo 21 has launched its 2027 campaign, “Potenciando nuevos liderazgos” (Empowering new leaderships), to highlight how education fosters regional development. The initiative focuses on the impact of its 110,000 graduates who lead projects and organizations across various territories. Through more than 320 University Support Centers (CAU), the institution aims to support professionals in driving local and regional growth through competency-based training and positive education principles.
