Evolvit acquires R-SEC following bankruptcy

Evolvit has acquired the security solutions provider R-SEC following the company's bankruptcy. Based in Norrtälje, R-SEC has operated for over 20 years, providing services to businesses, property owners, housing associations, and the public sector.

Under the acquisition, R-SEC will continue to operate under its own brand, maintaining its existing staff and Norrtälje office. The move is intended to provide R-SEC with access to Evolvit’s expertise in IT, integration, and digitalization, while strengthening Evolvit’s specialized competence in security technology.

As part of the transition, Steven Jagerius and Niklas Jöngren have become shareholders in the newly formed Evolvit Security AB.
