Infineon posts record Q3 revenue of €4.2 billion
Infineon Technologies AG announced that its third‑quarter 2025/26 revenue reached €4.2 billion, a 13 % rise from the previous quarter, while net profit climbed 39 % to €423 million. Chief Executive Jochen Hanebeck said the strongest growth came from power‑supply solutions for AI data‑center servers, which he described as the “key growth driver”. The automotive business, Infineon's largest segment, contributed roughly half of total sales and showed a noticeable rebound in orders. The Power & Sensor Systems division also posted solid growth, expanding about one‑third year‑on‑year.
The company highlighted that a new manufacturing facility in Dresden, opened a month earlier, is already supporting the higher output. It also disclosed multi‑year capacity agreements with leading AI‑data‑center customers, covering a high‑single‑digit‑billion‑euro volume and involving advance payments. Analysts are focusing on Infineon's €1.5 billion AI‑revenue target for the full fiscal year, and the stock has risen close to 20 % since the results were released.
