EVP launches 40x program for Australian software founders

VC firm EVP has launched the 40x program to support Australian software startup founders who are generating revenue and preparing to raise capital within the next 12 months. Led by venture partner Mark Zmarzly, the initiative aims to bring together up to 40 early-stage founders to foster a peer network and provide practical guidance.

The program includes three in-person sessions featuring panel discussions and advice from experienced founders. Participants also receive perks from partners, such as $25,000 in AWS Active credits. Zmarzly emphasized that the program's core value lies in founder-to-founder connection, helping entrepreneurs navigate the evolving landscape of how startups are built and funded.
