Palfinger Ibérica opens new Madrid headquarters after 20 million euro investment

Palfinger Ibérica has officially inaugurated its new headquarters in the Vicálvaro district of Madrid. The 22,000 m² facility serves as the company’s primary operational hub for the Iberian market, covering Spain and Portugal.

The project represents an investment of approximately 20 million euros. The new complex centralizes sales, service, assembly, logistics, spare parts, and corporate functions to streamline internal processes and improve customer service.

Key upgrades include an increase in assembly capacity from ten to 16 lines, providing greater flexibility to meet market demand. The facility also features energy-efficient systems, such as renewable energy, intelligent lighting, and automated climate control. This opening coincides with the tenth anniversary of Palfinger Ibérica, during which the subsidiary has grown from 85 to 240 employees.
