Ewa Wachowicz discusses restaurant pricing and new TV series

Polish culinary personality and restaurateur Ewa Wachowicz has shared insights regarding restaurant pricing and her upcoming professional projects. Regarding the gastronomy industry, Wachowicz expressed opposition to unjustified price hikes in restaurants, noting that high costs should be reflected in the quality of the offering. She remarked that for her, a truly expensive restaurant is one where a simple soup costs around 100 PLN, and she emphasized her focus on customer satisfaction and atmosphere rather than pursuing Michelin stars.

In terms of her media career, Wachowicz is developing a new television series titled "Ewa buduje" (Ewa Builds). This project will deviate from her long-running culinary show, "Ewa gotuje," by focusing on construction and design. The series will involve the creation of a house, garden, and greenhouse, featuring a kitchen designed specifically for filming with a traditional tiled stove. She is currently in the permitting stage of the project.
