Psychologist Ewa Woydyłło-Osiatyńska has expressed regret regarding her controversial comments about tennis player Iga Świątek made during a podcast appearance. In a recent interview on the program ‘Świat Gwiazd’, Woydyłło stated that she regrets participating in the podcast, suggesting that the final edit of the two-hour conversation selectively used unfavorable fragments.

The controversy began after Woydyłło appeared on the ‘Trzeci Serwis’ podcast, where she questioned Świątek’s motivation and described her as potentially “głupiutka” (silly/foolish) and frightened. She further suggested that the athlete might have lost her passion for tennis after years of spectacular success. Following intense public criticism, the original podcast episode was removed, and Woydyłło issued apologies to those offended by her remarks.
