Examination updates announced for 2027 academic cycles in India and China
Educational authorities in India and China have released updates regarding major examination cycles for 2027.
In India, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to distribute undergraduate entrance tests, including JEE Main, NEET-UG, and CUET-UG, across the academic year. While a final official calendar has not been issued, the JEE Main is projected to maintain a two-session structure. Students are advised to monitor official NTA channels for confirmed dates regarding registration, fee payments, and admit card releases.
In China, the registration process for the 2027 national postgraduate entrance examination will undergo significant optimizations. Starting with the 2027 cycle, the China Graduate Admission Information Network will implement an integrated online registration and confirmation system. This change allows candidates to submit personal information and verification materials simultaneously. Additionally, a new photo collection mode via the CHSI mobile app will allow students to take photos directly through the application, featuring real-time guidance on lighting and angles to ensure compliance with identity verification standards.
