Excelsior Cinema & Teatro to reopen in Cesano Maderno

The Excelsior Cinema & Teatro in Cesano Maderno is scheduled to reopen from November 5 to 7 following a two-month renovation project. The upgrades included replacing over 650 seats, resurfacing the floors, installing air conditioning, and adding a photovoltaic system on the roof.

The reopening program features a variety of events: a sold-out performance of (In)grato by Antonio Ornano on November 5, a special screening of Giovanni Veronesi’s film ‘Dio Ride’ on November 6, and a family-oriented screening of ‘Oceania’ on November 7.

The screening of ‘Dio Ride’ will include a special event featuring director Giovanni Veronesi and the Archbishop of Milan, Mario Delpini. The session will be moderated by Davide Milani, president of the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo. The film stars Pierfrancesco Favino and Silvio Orlando and focuses on the life of a Capuchin friar.
