Exeter's Guildhall Shopping Centre celebrates 50 years with music festival

The Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter is hosting a three-day free music festival, ‘Guildhall Live’, to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The event will take place at Market Square from Saturday, August 29, until Monday, August 31.

The festival features six daily performances, including tribute acts covering music from the 1970s to the present day. In addition to professional acts, the programme will showcase local talent such as choirs, bands, dance schools, and theatre groups. The celebration coincides with the summer bank holiday weekend.
