Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance launches ECA Ambassadors Circle for industry advocacy

The Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA), the public‑policy voice of the U.S. business and professional events sector, announced the creation of the ECA Ambassadors Circle. The new program selects 28 industry leaders to serve as advocates, providing them with year‑round specialized programming, advanced advocacy training, VIP access to ECA events and private roundtables with policymakers.

Fernando Fischer, President of RX Americas and chair of the ECA Board, said the initiative will give the most committed advocates the tools and access needed to ensure that decisions made in Washington, D.C., and state capitals reflect the importance of business and professional events. The inaugural cohort includes executives such as Mary Bender, Alexis Berggren, Jay Blankenship, Marie Browne and others, who will help amplify the industry’s voice with peers and government officials.
