EXPASA Gozaisho to host 16th anniversary and launch new retail corner

EXPASA Gozaisho, a service area on the E23 Tomei-Osaka Expressway, will host a 16th-anniversary festival throughout October 2026. The month-long celebration includes special menus, character greetings, and lottery events.

As part of the festivities, a permanent retail corner for ‘Shisui Jikkaten’—a certified brand of Yokkaichi City—will open at the EXPASA Gozaisho (downbound) location on October 4, 2026. This marks the first time the brand will have a permanent presence at a highway service area. The corner will feature 23 selected products, including traditional crafts like Banko ware rice pots and Hinaga fans, as well as local food specialties.

Additionally, a temporary pop-up shop for the Shisui Jikkaten brand will be available at the (upbound) location on October 3 and 4. The anniversary event will also feature traditional lion dances and appearances by local mascots.
