Expert Wojciech Kowalczyk faces backlash for racist social media posts

Wojciech Kowalczyk, a former Polish national football player and media expert for Weszło and Kanał Zero, has drawn intense criticism following racist posts on X (formerly Twitter). During a football match between Pogoń Szczecin and Radomiak Radom, Kowalczyk posted comments referring to a player using racial slurs and calling for deportation.

One post, which garnered over 406,000 views, included a call for deportation using offensive language. Another post regarding the player's presence at the match received over 86,000 views. The posts were made in response to an altercation during the match involving Radomiak player Ibrahima Camara. This is not the first instance of hate speech attributed to Kowalczyk; in 2019, he made derogatory remarks regarding a Ukrainian driver.
