Explora Journeys launches Mediterranean winter program on EXPLORA II

Explora Journeys announced its winter 2026‑2027 itinerary for the cruise ship EXPLORA II, branded “A Serene Mediterranean” (German: “Eine mediterrane Auszeit”). The program focuses on discovery, reflection and renewal and runs through the milder months of the Mediterranean season.

Guests will take part in Shore‑to‑Table culinary tours in ports such as Palermo (Italy), Marseille (France) and Barcelona (Spain), with market visits and onboard masterclasses. Additional experiences include “Meet the Winemaker” visits to regional vineyards, a fleet‑wide “Truffle Season” featuring Piedmont truffles, and a 12‑day “Ocean Wellness” path titled “A Path to Inner Discovery” with workshops, movement and sound sessions. The ship will also host artists and speakers on topics ranging from neuroscience to classical music. President Anna Nash said the offerings reflect the growing demand for immersive, personal travel experiences.
