Expo Igualdad attracts 35,000 people in La Plata

The fourth edition of Expo Igualdad took place at the Hipódromo de La Plata, drawing more than 35,000 attendees. The event featured 320 stands showcasing products from female entrepreneurs and diverse producers across the Buenos Aires province, including sectors such as clothing design, footwear, textiles, jewelry, and food production.

Governor Axel Kicillof and Minister of Women and Diversity Estela Díaz attended the event to support local production and economic autonomy. Minister Díaz emphasized the importance of building networks and creating sales opportunities for women and diverse groups despite the current economic context. The initiative aims to strengthen gender equality policies through work and identity-based production.
