EXPO REAL 2026 to expand scope to include infrastructure

EXPO REAL 2026 is scheduled to take place from October 5 to 7 at Messe München in Germany. As Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investment, the 2026 edition will expand its scope to include infrastructure as a third core pillar, targeting sectors such as energy, networks, data centers, and logistics.

In preparation for the event, Drooms, a leader in virtual data rooms, will showcase its new 'Drooms Intelligence' tool. This technology utilizes artificial intelligence to allow users to query entire document sets using natural language, providing structured answers with direct source references within a secure infrastructure. Drooms will also participate in an expert panel on October 5 regarding the role of AI in investment decisions within the real estate industry.
