Expoacre Rodeo Leader Edinaldo Lima Tops Rankings in Acre Competition

The Rodeio da Expoacre in the city of Touros, Acre, is entering its final stage with 60 riders from across the state and neighboring regions. After the first round of rides, competitor Edinaldo Lima of Brasileia leads the provisional ranking with 89 points, followed closely by Raul Wanglei da Silva of Feijó (88.5 points) and Gioconias da Silva of Sena Madureira (88 points). The contest will continue through Thursday, when the ten best riders will compete for the title.

The winner will receive a brand‑new quadricycle supplied by Grupo Star and a berth to represent Acre at the National Rodeo League Championship in Barretos, São Paulo, later this month. Cash prizes are also awarded to the top five finishers.
