ExpoApa 2026 to host water sector exhibition in Bucharest

The 26th edition of ExpoApa, an international exhibition dedicated to the water supply and sewerage sector, will take place from September 8-10 at the ROMEXPO Exhibition Center in Bucharest. Organized by the Romanian Water Association (ARA), the event features 86 exhibitors from 13 different countries, including Germany, Denmark, Turkey, Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria.

The exhibition aims to address increasing pressure on water resources caused by drought and rising temperatures. Key discussion topics include reducing network losses, digitalization, real-time monitoring, infrastructure security, and preparing the sector for post-2027 requirements. The event is expected to attract over 4,000 participants, including public authorities, technology integrators, and academic professionals.
