Expoferia de Sobrarbe concludes in Aínsa
The Expoferia de Sobrarbe has concluded its latest edition in Aínsa, drawing significant crowds despite high temperatures. The event served as a showcase for the primary sector, highlighting local agriculture, livestock, and regional products.
Key activities included demonstrations of sheepdogging, scientific bird banding, and traditional crafts such as spinning. Gastronomy played a central role, with high attendance at tastings for zero-kilometer meats and local products. The fair also provided a platform for professional development, including discussions on the Common Agricultural Policy (PAC) for local farmers.
Director Susana Pérez noted that the event successfully achieved its goal of giving prominence to local livestock farmers and the rural way of life essential to the territory.
