Expoflora 2026 showcases innovative landscaping and pet-friendly garden designs

The Expoflora 2026 Landscaping and Decoration Exhibition in Holambra, São Paulo, features 18 environments designed by architects, landscapers, and artists to integrate nature into daily life.

One highlighted project, ‘Natureza Compartilhada’ by architect Carla Dadazio of Studio Arkhe, focuses on creating safe and comfortable spaces for both humans and pets. The design utilizes non-toxic plant species for dogs and cats, including bromeliads, calatheas, and various palms. The space also incorporates functional elements such as drainage flooring, water fountains, and feeding areas to support a pet-friendly environment.

Other technical solutions showcased at the event include vertical gardens, drip irrigation, and methods for cultivating plants in small urban spaces.
