Expointer hosts record-breaking 204-kilogram giant coxinha

At the 49th edition of Expointer, chef Edi Dagrê led a team of approximately 50 people to create a world-record-breaking giant coxinha weighing 204 kilograms. The massive snack required 100 kilograms of flour, a significant amount of filling, and 1,000 liters of oil for frying. Due to its size, a crane was utilized during the preparation process.

Visitors to the fair were able to taste free slices of the food. The remaining portions are being donated to the Central Única das Favelas (Cufa) to support families in vulnerable situations within the region.
