ExpoMais in Criciúma explores culture and technology in business

The 10th edition of ExpoMais is taking place on September 1 and 2 at the Associação Empresarial de Criciúma (ACIC) in Criciúma, Brazil. Themed “Cultura que gera resultado” (Culture that generates results), the event aims to bring together approximately 800 entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals to discuss the intersection of culture, technology, and business outcomes.

A key feature of this edition is the integration of Upp Tecnologia’s “Upp AI.” This artificial intelligence tool, accessible via WhatsApp, will serve as a virtual host to provide real-time information to participants regarding the event schedule, location of facilities, Wi-Fi, and parking.

The event is structured around four main pillars: Marketing, Management/Administration, Innovation, and Synergy. Speakers include José Galló, Clóvis Tramontina, and Monja Coen. The program emphasizes that technology should not be viewed as an isolated solution but as a tool to enhance organizational culture in an era of generative AI and real-time governance.
