Extremadura exceeds Spanish averages in sexual frequency and satisfaction study

A study by Diversual on sexual habits in Spain indicates that the Extremadura region performs above the national average in both frequency of sexual intercourse and sexual satisfaction.

In terms of frequency, the Spanish national average is 5.9 days per month. In Extremadura, the regional average is approximately 6.8 days. Specifically, Cáceres reports 7 days per month and Badajoz reports 6.6 days. Nationally, Lleida reports the highest frequency at 7.2 days, while Salamanca reports the lowest at 4.2 days.

Regarding sexual satisfaction, the study notes that orgasms are reached in 79.3% of encounters in Spain. Both provinces in Extremadura exceed this figure, with Cáceres at 84.7% and Badajoz at 81.3%, bringing the regional average to approximately 83%. While Salamanca leads the nation in satisfaction at 87.5%, Zamora reports the lowest at 69.2%.
