EYG Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı reports 656 million TL loss

EYG Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A. Ş. (EYGYO) has announced that its ordinary general assembly meeting will be held on November 3, 2026. Due to a significant net loss recorded during the 2025 fiscal year, the company's board of directors has proposed that no dividends be distributed to shareholders.

According to financial statements prepared under Capital Markets Board standards, the company reported a consolidated net loss of 656,331,000 TL for 2025. Financial data from the first half of 2026 also indicates a tightening liquidity position, with cash and bank balances decreasing from 43.5 million TL at the end of 2025 to 16.59 million TL by June 30, 2026. Meanwhile, total financial debt has reached 983.1 million TL, including 480.3 million TL in short-term debt.
