Eyre Peninsula cropping farms listed for sale

Two cropping properties in the Eyre Peninsula have been listed for sale on the spring market.

The Harradine family is selling Caralue Downs, a 543-hectare property located north of Darke Peak and 38km southwest of Kimba. The farm offers a combination of cropping and grazing opportunities, with approximately 510 hectares of its nine paddocks considered arable. Improvements include a four-bedroom brick home and various shedding.

Additionally, a larger 1,022-hectare farm on Lawrie Road in Rudall is also for sale. Located south of Darke Peak, this property features grey/brown sandy loams over clay, making it suitable for cereals, legumes, or grazing. Most of the farm, approximately 912 hectares, is arable.
