Eyre Peninsula cropping properties listed for sale

Two farming families in South Australia have listed their cropping properties for sale this spring on the Eyre Peninsula.

The Sheehan family is selling Kertawilla, a 680-hectare cropping-sheep property located near Cummins in the lower Eyre Peninsula. The property has been under family ownership since 1924. Approximately 619 hectares are classified as arable and suitable for broadacre farming, including cereals, oilseeds, and pulse crops. The sale is being conducted via expressions of interest by October 20, with settlement subject to a boundary re-alignment estimated for December 2027.

In the upper Eyre Peninsula, the Wagner family is selling Orana, a 926-hectare property located near Wirrulla on the Eyre Highway. The Wagners have owned the property for ten years. Both properties are currently under lease.
