Eysa acquires Joinup to expand corporate mobility services

Eysa, a Spanish mobility technology company controlled by the French firm Tikehau, has acquired the corporate mobility platform Joinup. The acquisition aims to expand Eysa's capabilities in planning, booking, paying for, and managing integrated transport alternatives.

Founded in 2012 by Elena Peyró and Alberto López, Joinup is a B2B multiservice platform specializing in corporate mobility. Its technology manages corporate taxi services, event mobility, parking, electric charging, mileage control, and carpooling, while centralizing billing and expense management.

As of 2025, Joinup has surpassed 1,000 active clients, including Ibex 35 companies, multinationals, hospitals, and public entities. Its network includes more than 25,000 corporate taxis, 2,300 parking facilities, and 40,000 electric charging points. The move follows the approval of the new Sustainable Mobility Law, which increases corporate obligations regarding sustainable commuting plans.
