Ezeiza to establish Eva Perón Environmental Park

The Buenos Aires Province Ministry of Environment and the Municipality of Ezeiza have signed an agreement to create the Eva Perón Environmental Park within the Ezeiza Woods. The project aims to promote environmental conservation, sustainable tourism, and environmental education in the district.

The initiative includes the installation of ecological infrastructure, differentiated waste collection points, and educational trails. Lucía Galván has been officially designated by decree to manage and preserve the site. The project follows a period of intensive maintenance work by municipal crews to restore the area.

During the announcement, provincial Minister of Environment Daniela Vilar emphasized the importance of recovering green spaces for the community, while contrasting the provincial investment in environmental agendas with the current national administration.
