Ezz Elarab Star opens new smart EV showroom in District 5

Ezz Elarab Star, the exclusive agent for the smart brand in Egypt, has opened a new showroom in the District 5 area of New Cairo. This expansion is part of a strategic move to support the electric vehicle (EV) sector and meet the growing demand for smart, sustainable mobility solutions in the Egyptian market.

The new location aims to directly serve customers in East Cairo, providing an integrated experience for exploring the latest EV models and services. The smart brand utilizes a partnership that combines European engineering and design with advanced Chinese manufacturing technology.

Currently, the smart portfolio in Egypt includes the smart #1 and smart #3 models. The company plans to expand its offerings, with the smart #5 expected to join the lineup by 2026, alongside preparations to introduce other models such as the smart #2 and smart #6 to cater to diverse consumer needs.
