F45 Training expands to Colombia with Bogotá launch

The Australian fitness franchise F45 Training has announced its expansion into Colombia, starting with the opening of its first location in Bogotá. The company utilizes a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method focused on 45-minute functional training sessions.

The initial rollout in Bogotá is part of a larger growth strategy that includes plans to open seven additional locations in the capital. Following the Bogotá launch, the brand intends to expand into other major Colombian cities, including Medellín, Barranquilla, and Cali.
