Fabian Kahl chooses modern items for his newborn son

Fabian Kahl, a prominent antiques dealer on the ZDF show ‘Bares für Rares’, has decided to opt for modern products for his newborn son rather than the antiques he has loved since childhood.

Following the birth of his son in June, the 35-year-old moved from Leipzig to Unkeln near Bonn to be closer to his family and the show’s studio in Pulheim. In a recent appearance on WDR’s ‘Kölner Treff’, Kahl discussed his transition into fatherhood and his preference for modern baby equipment, such as strollers, over antique alternatives.
