Fabiana Justus falls victim to hotel scam in Fernando de Noronha

Influencer Fabiana Justus and her husband, Bruno Levi, fell victim to a hotel reservation scam during a trip to Fernando de Noronha. The couple reported that they found a hotel through a Google search and proceeded to book a room, airport transportation, and a boat tour.

Upon arrival, they discovered that the contact number used for the booking was not affiliated with the actual hotel. The scam involved a fraudulent Pix payment made to an account that appeared to belong to the hotel chain. Due to the high season, the couple faced significant difficulty finding alternative accommodations, eventually securing a stay at a different inn after a cancellation allowed them to check in.
