Fabio De Nunzio reflects on his career with Striscia la Notizia

Fabio De Nunzio, known for his long-standing role on the Italian program ‘Striscia la Notizia’, has reflected on his career and his partnership with Mingo. For 18 years, De Nunzio performed a silent role on the show, a creative choice made by producer Antonio Ricci to represent an observer of events. Despite his background as a radio speaker and presenter, De Nunzio embraced the silent persona, which often led members of the public to believe he was mute.

His tenure with the program ended in 2015 following a scandal involving fabricated reports. While investigations by the Bari Prosecutor's Office cleared De Nunzio of involvement in the specific incidents that led to his dismissal, the event marked the end of his prominent era on the show.
