Fabio Paratici overhauls Viola Park management and medical staff

Fabio Paratici, appointed as the sport director of ACF Fiorentina, is leading a comprehensive reorganisation of the club’s Viola Park facilities and its medical department. New appointments include Francesco Picciotto as Revenue & Marketing Director, bringing experience from Ferrari and Inter, and Paolo Morganti as the head of Viola Park, formerly of Catanza and Vinovo. Further restructuring is planned for the communication team, with potential additions to the units led by Luca Giammarini and Arturo Mastrornardi.

Paratici also aims to review the medical staff, signalling that current head Luca Pengue may be replaced to improve operational and communication dynamics that were deemed ineffective last season. The club’s ownership, the Commisso family, confirmed a €25 million annual guarantee from Mediacom to support these changes.
