Fabio Quartararo to switch from Yamaha to Honda and Red Bull in 2027

MotoGP rider Fabio Quartararo is set to undergo a major transition in 2027, moving from Yamaha to Honda. This shift will also trigger a significant change in his primary sponsorship. After eight seasons with Yamaha, during which he has been an ambassador for Monster Energy, Quartararo will switch to Red Bull branding due to Honda's existing partnership with the Austrian energy drink company.

To facilitate this move, Honda has reportedly agreed to compensate Monster Energy for the remainder of Quartararo's contract. The Red Bull logo is expected to become a prominent feature of the Honda team's visual identity. This transition follows a broader shift in the sport's sponsorship landscape, as Monster Energy is expected to move to Aprilia next year.
