Fabriano approves 2027-2029 municipal programming document

The Fabriano City Council has approved the updated Single Programming Document (DUP) for the 2027-2029 period. Mayor Daniela Ghergo attributed the city's recent recovery to various municipal projects.

After thirteen years of demographic decline, which saw a loss of approximately 3,200 residents, the population appears to have stabilized at around 28,000 inhabitants as of 2023. This stabilization is attributed to a positive balance of new residents arriving from other municipalities and regions. The administration is currently focusing on urban planning variations and managing strategic and operational administrative activities.
