Fabriano terminates construction contract as Carbon Line resumes production

In Fabriano, the municipal government has decided to terminate the contract with the company responsible for the redevelopment of the PalaGuerrieri sports facility. The decision follows significant delays and a failure to comply with directives intended to recover lost time. As of the current date, less than 60% of the contracted works have been completed. Despite multiple warnings and a deadline set for August 10 to provide a detailed work schedule, the contractor failed to meet the requirements.

In Fano, the company Carbon Line is resuming full operations following a fire that occurred in August 2025. All 80 remaining employees are returning to work as the company ends its period of redundancy. The reopening is made possible by the restoration of a 2,000-square-meter section of the facility that was spared by the flames. Owner Michele Pierleoni confirmed that fire safety upgrades have been completed and approved, allowing for a gradual return to full production capacity starting in September.
