Facce da Bronzi comedy festival returns for 11th edition

The eleventh edition of “Facce da Bronzi”, a festival dedicated to Italian comedy, is scheduled to run from September 18 to October 25, 2026. Produced by the cultural association “Calabria dietro le quinte - APS”, the festival returns after a hiatus with a new national search for emerging comedic talent.

Artistic direction is led by television author Alessio Tagliento. The project is co-financed by the Calabria Region and holds the patronage of the municipalities of Milan and Reggio Calabria, as well as the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria.

The selection process begins in Milan on September 18, 2026, at Accademia09. Nine comedians from various Italian cities, including Monza, Milan, Agrate Brianza, Gambolò, Gallarate, Sant’Angelo in Vado, and Cernobbio, will compete for a chance to advance to the next phase of the festival.
