FACE Festival Aspromonte 2026 focuses on art and nature

The 15th edition of the FACE Festival Aspromonte will focus on the theme of "La Cura" (Care), emphasizing the connection between contemporary art, human beings, and the natural landscape of the Aspromonte Geopark.

The festival includes an artistic residency phase at the Ex Vivaio Forestale di Cucullaro in Santo Stefano in Aspromonte, followed by the installation of permanent works in the Bosco degli Artisti in Gambarie. The program for 2026 features nine new public art works, two performances, and a multidisciplinary talk.

Directed artistically by Paolo Genoese and organized by Giorgia Foti, the event aims to promote territorial regeneration and social cohesion through immersive experiences where art interacts with natural elements like light, wind, and snow.
